Bible Studies

Bible Studies and home groups provide a relaxed, informal atmosphere conducive to fellowship, Bible study, and prayer. Our groups are open to both Christians and seekers with an emphasis on teaching through the word of God.

Currently there are two Bible Studies being hosted at Calvary Chapel Sydney on weeknights: on Wednesday and Friday at 7:30pm. The Wednesday Study is also available online.

The Wednesday Bible study is led by Bob Roche, and his studies are line by line and chapter by chapter through books of the Bible, emphasising, "What does the text actually say?" The format of the study is asking questions and having people see it Scripture for themselves. If you want more information or how to connect online, give Bob a ring at 0467 641 690.

The WORD Bible study that meets on Friday nights is led alternatively by pastor Ben and Marten. We meet around tables in the sanctuary and study through portions of God's word, enjoy fellowship and likely some home-baked goods. :)
